80% of all Starbucks sales are before 4pm. However, many stores open until 9 or 10pm. By offering wine, craft beer, and small plates in select stores, Starbucks saw an opportunity to get consumers back into the store in the evenings.
Edelman helped launch the new concept, creating the look and feel for Starbucks Evenings on digital, art directing a photoshoot for the website and marketing materials, as well as concepting and creating a digital banner campaign targeting the Chicago and Denver markets in partnership with Eater.
