When I first met my husband, Cliff, he started work at 5 am, five days a week, managing a dozen Bay Area farmers markets for Prather Ranch Meat Co. Eight years later, he owns Cream Co. the Bay's premiere humane, sustainable artisanal meat company, connecting area chefs, butchers, and buyers with a highly curated network of small, family owned ranches.
